This perky, light and aromatic Sauvignon ideally embodies the nature of Prigorje, its cool, dewy and fragrant mornings, warm and sun-drenched hills during the day. Grassy herbaceousness mixed with notes of bell pepper and hints of citrus fruits and gooseberry is the closest way to describe the aroma, while crispness and juiciness of citrus depicts the flavour profile.
This wine matches well with starters, seafood and chicken salads, fish carpaccio, as well as wide range of white fish. At the same time, it is also ideal as a late afternoon refreshment on its own, served by glass.
